About the Big 12 Tournament
The Big 12 Conference is a college conference of athletics teams. Twelve schools, which are situated in the Central part of the USA, participate in this conference. The conference is one of the members of the NCAA (the National Collegiate Athletics Association) Division I. It was established in 1994 and has twelve members. There 21 sports fielded: ten mens and eleven womens sports. The conference covers seven states: Colorado, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. The headquarters is situated in Dallas, Texas State.
