Faurot Field Seating Information
Faurot Field, named after Hall of Fame coach Don Faurot, is the playing surface inside Memorial Stadium, which consists of only one level of fixed seats. Comprised of bench-style seating, the sections on the west side of the stadium run from A-T, while the east side of the stadium includes AA-TT. The lowest level of the east sideline (Mizzou's sideline) is reserved for student seating. The grass hill area above the north end zone--which is home to Mizzou's historic rock "M"--includes general admission seating for those with designated tickets.
Faurot Field General Information
To ensure the most enjoyable experience for all attendees at "The Zou," the following items will not be permitted at Faurot Field: large-lens cameras, alcohol, strollers, outside food and drink, video recorders, large bags, umbrellas, coolers, and artificial noisemakers. All items being brought inside are subject to search. Smoking is prohibited inside the venue, but re-entry will be permitted for all fans as long as a valid ticket is shown to receive a stamp before exiting.
Faurot Field Parking Information
Those who wish to drive to see Mizzou vs Vanderbilt Commodores Football will be able to park starting at 8:00 am local time in one of the several available lots near the stadium. The University of Missouri offers seven on-campus garages for parking on game days, five off which are free. The two on-campus garages that require a fee are Maryland Avenue Garage (located on the corner of Tiger Avenue and Hospital Drive) and Parking Structure #7 (corner of Monk Drive and Virginia Avenue).
Fans looking for outdoor lots near Faurot Field can park in the Dalton Parking Lot, located to the north of Lot R on Research Park Drive, or the small lot located to the south of Lot R, both of which require a fee.
Faurot Field Tailgating Information
As previously noted, the lots will open at 8:00 am, at which point fans will be allowed to find parking and begin tailgating if they wish. No cars will be allowed to occupy spaces overnight, and all sites must be cleared out by midnight after the game. Fans who wish to experience the "Tiger Walk" tradition can make their way over to the overhead bridge on Providence Road two hours prior to kick-off to cheer the team on as it travels from the football facilities to Faurot Field to prepare for the game.
Kegs and large quantities of alcohol will not be permitted at lots surrounding the stadium.
Faurot Field Gate Times
All stadium gates will open 90 minutes prior to the game's scheduled start time against the Vanderbilt for fans who want to find their seats early to experience all of the festivities before the game, including performances by the Golden Girls, Mizzou cheerleaders, and Truman the Tiger.
Faurot Field Accessibility
Faurot Field at Memorial Stadium meets all ADA standards and has accessible seating available upon request. To inquire about accessible seating or other special accommodations, please contact the facility's event staff. Accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at Lot M for a fee.
