In a rematch five years in the making, the Ohio State Buckeyes and Navy Midshipmen will open the 2014 season at the neutral site M&T Bank Stadium on Aug. 30. Home to the NFL's Baltimore Ravens, Navy has made several appearances at the venue in previous seasons, though the last time it faced OSU, the Buckeyes had the luxury of hosting the matchup in Columbus back in 2009. Including the forthcoming 2014 contest, the football programs have met on the gridiron only five times in all, with Ohio State owning a 4-0 series advantage.
M&T Bank Stadium Seating Information
In regards to seating for Navy-Ohio State football, the lower level of M&T Bank Stadium features Sections 100-153, with Sections 109-117 and 136-144 making up seating in the end zones. Next, the relatively smaller Club Level offers luxurious seating in Sections 200-253, though note that the sections do not wrap completely around the field. Additional specialty suites are located in the 300 and 400 levels. Similar to the 100 Level, the spacious Upper Level of M&T Bank Stadium encircles the playing field and is comprised of Sections 500-553.
M&T Bank Stadium General Information
The strict NFL prohibited items policy will likely be in effect at M&T Bank Stadium even for a special event like college football. Items typically not permitted inside for games include backpacks, noisemakers, flags, coolers, umbrellas, beverages, footballs, seat cushions, and video cameras, among other things. Guests are typically allowed to bring clear shoulder or hand bags, one-gallon freezer bags, blankets, binoculars, small clutch purses, and food brought in a clear plastic bag. All guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entering the gates on Aug. 30.

Although M&T Bank Stadium offers plentiful parking in lots surrounding the venue, all spaces except for accessible parking spaces are usually available for permit holders only. You can check with venue staff for more information regarding parking availability for non-Ravens games. Otherwise, single-day parking is typically available around downtown, and fans also can reach the stadium via the MTA Light Rail.
