Before you head out to this colossal riverfront stadium, be sure to take note of the following important details about Heinz Field.
Heinz Field Seating Information
Seating at Heinz Field is divided between four main levels. The 100-level ranges from 101-144. The 200-level (Club Level) ranges from 205-240, while the North Club Lounge spans the end zone in sections NC-001 through NC-015. The 300- and 400-levels offer suites, and the 500-level includes sections 504-541.
For all Pitt football games at Heinz Field, the student sections are located in sections 123-130, 224-228, and 528-531. Please note that a valid student ID may be required for entry to these areas. The band section is located directly next to the student section in lower level 131.
The designated visitors' areas for Duke fans are located in sections 101, 203, and 104, as well as parts of the upper level end zone sections 518-525.
Heinz Field General Information
Personal cameras are allowed within Heinz Field, as are signs and banners that do not inhibit the view of the field for other guests. All containers--bottles, coolers, and thermoses--are prohibited. Backpacks, large purses, strollers, and any type of recording devices are also not permitted within the stadium.
Heinz Field Parking Information
Various lots are located around the North Shore area surrounding Heinz Field, but many of these are available to season ticket holders only. There are also numerous public paid parking lots and garages that surround the stadium and will allow spaces for purchase on game day.

Heinz Field gates open for Pitt football games two hours before kickoff.
Heinz Field Accessibility
Accessible seating is located on each level of Heinz Field. Accessible parking may be available in season pass form, or single-game accessible parking may be purchased the day of the game. Otherwise, there is a drop-off area located at Gate B. All entry gates, concession stands, and restrooms are accessible. Assisted listening devices and wheelchairs may also be available upon request. Any specific needs should be arranged directly with the guest services department at Heinz Field.
