To celebrate the beginning of a new college football season, the AdvoCare Texas Kickoff Classic will pit the Arizona State Sun Devils against the Texas A&M Aggies inside NRG Stadium in Houston on Sept. 5. In place since 2013, the Texas Kickoff Classic annually features unique non-conference matchups and this year's contest will be no different, as Arizona State and Texas A&M are set to meet on the gridiron for the first time ever. The Aggies will be the third SEC team to play in the Texas Kickoff Classic, joining previous participants Mississippi State and LSU, while ASU will be representing the Pac-12 in the conference's debut.
