The Dallas Cowboys will welcome in one of the NFC's toughest teams in their season opener when the San Francisco 49ers stop by AT&T Stadium in Arlington on Sept. 7. The longtime rivals share a history that dates back to the 1960s, and entering the 2014 matchup, the all-time series record stands at an even 16-16-1, though Dallas has prevailed in each of the last three. In general, the contest will be the first between the two franchises since 2011, and it will be the first ever for the 49ers at the new AT&T Stadium.
