Mark your calendar for Sept. 14 when the Green Bay Packers play host to the New York Jets at Lambeau Field for the first time since 2006. This AFC-NFC clash only happens roughly every four years so don't miss the chance to witness the action live during Week 2 of the 2014 season. The matchup will serve as the home opener for the Packers and first road game for the Jets, who will be seeking their fourth win in five tries versus Green Bay.
Lambeau Field Seating Information
Multiple levels of tiered seating are offered at Lambeau Field and should be available for the Jets-Packers game on Sept. 14. Closest to the playing field is the Lower Level comprised of Sections 100-138, followed by the start of Upper Level seating in the 300 sections and Outdoor Club seating (403-435) which altogether wraps completely around the venue. Indoor Club seating can be found throughout the 400 and 600 levels, while on the opposite side of the field, you'll find 700-level seating mixed in with various suites and lounges. The majority of suite seating is located across the width of Lambeau Field. Note that the Packers typically comprise the sideline near Sections 112-128, while opponents will be assigned to the sideline by Sections 109-129.
Lambeau Field General Information
Items such as bags, coolers, large purses, backpacks, outside food and umbrellas are not allowed in Lambeau Field, plus anything else that may conflict with the NFL's league-wide policies. However, generally fans are permitted to bring approved blankets, personal cameras, and clear PVC or vinyl totes. The stadium is a smoke-free facility (including e-cigarettes) and contains no designated smoking areas. Re-entry is prohibited.
Lambeau Field Parking Information
Those wishing to drive to see Packers vs Jets will likely be permitted to begin parking at Lambeau Field roughly four hours before the start of the game. However, on-site parking is usually for season ticket holders only. For additional parking, utilize lots around the venue. A limited number of reserved parking passes may also be for sale in the marketplace.
Lambeau Field Gate Times
Lambeau Field gates generally open two hours before kickoff, but is subject to change. If your ticket ends with the letter "s," then your seat is in the South End which requires entry through the Shopko Gate on the south side of the stadium.
