For the first time since 2005, the Kansas City Chiefs will play host to the New England Patriots in a 2014 Monday night matchup set for Sept. 29 at Arrowhead Stadium. The Patriots came away with wins in the last two head-to-head meetings, in 2011 and 2008, both of which took place in Foxborough, while the Chiefs' most recent victory over New England was the aforementioned home game nine years ago. The clash will mark the first primetime appearance of the season for both teams.
