PNC Arena Seating Information
Seating for Carolina Hurricanes games begins with Section 101 near the goal that the Hurricanes will shoot at twice, and continues clockwise around the venue to Section 130. Row A is always closest to the ice, and depending on the section, can span all the way to Row ZZ at the rear of the 100 level.
The 200 level is the Club level, and is made up of boxes 201-209 along one side of the venue and Sections 215-230 make up the rest. The Champions Club is located between Sections 209-215, the Club Ledge is located in Sections 226-228, and the Priority Lounge is located in Sections 203-205 and 219-221. The 300 level spans the entirety of the PNC Arena, with Section 301 behind 101 and 201, and continues to Section 338.
PNC Arena General Information
The following items are not permitted at PNC Arena: backpacks and large bags, bottles, cans, coolers, containers, outside food and beverages, weapons, noise makers, large banners and signs, and any other items deemed dangerous by security.
Point and shoot cameras will be allowed, but must not have a lens more than five inches long or 3.5 inches in diameter. All other electronic devices, including microphones, tripods, wide angle lens, and lights are also prohibited. Signs and banners are permitted, but they must be smaller than 3'x2', and it must not be offensive or hung anywhere inside of the arena. Smoking is not permitted inside the building but those who wish to smoke can use the designated smoking areas outside of Sections 108 and 115 on the main concourse. Otherwise, re-entry is not permitted.
PNC Arena Parking Information
There are roughly 8,000 spaces located on site at PNC Arena and lots typically open 2-3 hours prior to the start of Carolina Hurricanes games. It is recommended that guests arrive early when the Carolina Hurricanes battle Edmonton Oilers. If you have premier or VIP parking, please have your parking credentials ready and visible upon entry.
The Pepsi Caniac Coach is usually another option for those who do not wish to drive to PNC Arena, and is a free door-to-door luxury bus service to and from the game from Pepsi partner restaurants. In addition, public transportation is available via Capital Area Transit with bus service to PNC Arena as part of the GoTriangle Transportation Service.
PNC Arena Tailgating Information
Tailgating is permitted throughout the lots at PNC Arena, and fans are known for entertaining pregame festivities, which can begin 2-3 hours before game time. Each tailgate must only take up one parking space, and all garbage and charcoal must be disposed of properly.

Doors will likely open 1-2 hours prior to the start of the Hurricanes-Oilers game.
PNC Arena Accessibility
PNC Arena is accessible for those in need of ADA accommodations, including parking located in both the east and west lots for those with proper plates or a state-issued placard. Accessible seating is available throughout the venue and is available for purchase in various price ranges. All restrooms, concessions, drinking fountains and other features at PNC Arena are accessible, but if you have any specific requests before heading to a game, please contact the venue in advance.
