• Once your The Little Mermaid tickets have been purchased and your final confirmation received, they will then be delivered via FedEx to your specified location.  YIf you have purchased tickets the same day of the show, you may be eligible for a will call pickup.  Please call our office to make arrangements.

• All ticket sales for The Little Mermaid are final.
• Vivid Seats has no affiliation with The Little Mermaid or any venue hosting The Little Mermaid.
• We are only able to give refunds in the event of a cancelled The Little Mermaid show, and not for postponed or rescheduled shows.
• In the event that the The Little Mermaid show is cancelled, you will have 30 days from the date of cancellation to contact our office and request a refund.
• In the rare instance the tickets you have purchased are no longer available, you will have the option of choosing new seats, or using the purchase price as a credit towards different seats or event.
• Please keep your The Little Mermaid tickets in a secure location since we cannot replace them if lost or stolen.
