Cleveland Browns Fans Hold Perfect Season Parade

January 08, 2018

After the Cleveland Browns failed to win a game in 2017, the teams fans decided to take matters into their own hands.

The team has never won the Super Bowl, so the Dawg Pound just threw a championship parade all on their own.Fans of the team gathered in downtown Cleveland for a perfect season parade (sponsored by headache medicine Excedrin and dating site Farmers Only), and it was as humorous and sad as you could imagine:The Browns were the just the second team in NFL history to go 0-16the other being the 2008 Detroit Lions. In total, the Browns have won just one game in two seasons. Head coach Hue Jackson has had the worst two-year streak of any head coach in history, with a lower winning percentage than even the expansion Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 1976.Despite this, Browns tickets still sell. The team has one of the most passionate fanbases in the NFL, and if you thought the video above was just a convenient close-up shot, these images will show you how many people braved freezing temperatures to celebrate over the weekend:Some Browns players werent particularly pleased with the fans marching, saying it was akin to rubbing it in, and declared them to be not real fans. However, The Athletic spoke to Lebron James about the parade, and The King was more understanding:"F-ck yeah, Id be pissed," James told The Athletics Jason Lloyd. "But how are you going to be pissed at the fans? Its not like they dont show up. I mean, damn. Its 1-31. If our fans decided they want to have a f-cking parade and we were 1-31 the last two years? You cant be mad at that. Its f-cked up."I understand that as a player, but youve got to try to fix that sh-t. It could be worse. How bout they just boycott a season until yall win two games in a row?"This is as good a time as any to point out that Johnny Manziel is the last Browns quarterback to win more than one game, and the last Browns quarterback to win a game on a Sunday.***

Dont give up hopebuy Cleveland Browns tickets and hope for at least one victory next season!
