Def Leppard Announce 2019 Canadian Tour: Dates and Tickets

British heavy metal icons Def Leppard have announced a Canadian Tour 2019.

The English rockers teased fans earlier this week via Twitter with a countdown video leaving fans speculating with anticipation:

Prior to their tour announcement, Def Leppard had set June and July tour dates for Europe.

Wednesday morning, Def Leppard delivered their promised announcement via Twitter:

Hitting the road alongside Def Leppard this July are Sacramento natives Tesla opening the 11-day trek.

The Def Leppard 2019 tour dates will kick off on July 12 at the Scotiabank Centre in Halifax. Def Leppard and Tesla will make their way through major Canadian venues from Avenir Centre in Monkton to Bell Centre in Montreal to the famous Budweiser Gardens in London, Ontario. The tour is scheduled to wrap up July 31 at the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary.

The tour follows their most recent compilation album, The Story So Far: The Best of Def Leppard (Deluxe), which includes classic hits and previously unreleased single, “We All Need Christmas.” The album features iconic rock anthems “Animal,” “Photograph,” “Slag,” and “Promises.”

At this time, Def Leppard have not announced 2019 tour dates for the United States, but don’t rule out the British rock stars announcing U.S. tour dates later this year.

Def Leppard’s 2019 tour figures to be one of the top rock tours of the year.
