Lolla 2016
The prevalent Lollapalooza 2016 lineup rumors proved true, as the 25th anniversary edition will indeed be headlined by Radiohead, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and LCD Soundsystem, with Lana Del Rey and J. Cole sharing headliner duties on the festival’s opening day.
In celebration of 25 years of Lollapalooza, the event will run four days instead of its traditional three, from July 28-31 in Chicago’s Grant Park.

Lolla 2016 Lineup to Feature Hearty Mix of New and Returning Acts
All of the headlining acts have made previous appearances at Lollapalooza, though for Radiohead in particular, its Friday night show will mark its first performance at the festival since 2008. Jane's Addiction, the band of Lollapalooza creator Perry Farrell, also will be making its first appearance at the Chicago event since 2009.
Among the prominent Lolla newcomers for 2016 are the likes of Future, Leon Bridges, Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats, recent GRAMMY winner Chris Stapleton, and rising rapper Bryson Tiller.
More than 150 acts in all will take the Lolla stage, plus a select few also will be tabbed for Lollapalooza Aftershows announced later in the year.
