    Elton John to Make Barclays Center Debut
    For the first time since the Barclays Center opened in 2012, Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Elton John will headline the Brooklyn, N.Y., arena for one of the most highly anticipated New Year’s Eve concerts in the nation. Announced in April, the concert will also mark John’s first NYE show in New York. Fans attending this arena concert will be able to hear live renditions of tracks from Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, which turned 40 last year, as well as a hand-picked list of greatest hits.


    Skrillex and Diplo’s Jack U to Headline Madison Square Garden
    On the other side of the East River, Manhattan’s Madison Square Garden will come alive with the sounds of Skrillex and Diplo’s joint project, Jack U, for a one-night-only performance at the New York landmark. The two electronic music pioneers first joined forces in 2013, and this live DJ set on Dec. 31 is sure to be one of the liveliest events to ring in the New Year in the U.S.

    Phish NYE Concert to Launch Four-Night Run in Miami to Begin 2015
    Continuing its tradition of multi-night holiday shows, Phish will celebrate the arrival of 2015 with four back-to-back concerts at Miami’s American Airlines Center. From Dec. 31-Jan. 3, the Vermont-based jam band will bring its quirky live show to the Florida arena to ring in the New Year for the first time since 2009.


    Lady Gaga, Tony Bennett to Make U.S. Joint Concert Debut in Las Vegas
    Last week, Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett’s first collaborative album, Cheek to Cheek, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, and now the jazzy duo has announced it will make its first official joint performance in the U.S. during a Las Vegas New Year’s Eve concert. The show will take place at The Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, the intimate concert venue that opened last winter with NYE performances from Bruno Mars.


    Britney Spears Las Vegas Residency to Include NYE Performance
    Britney Spears’ long-awaited Las Vegas residency, Britney: Piece of Me, debuted last December at Planet Hollywood, and on the heels of a recently announced two-year extension, the singer will headline five shows at the venue during the final week of 2014. From Dec. 27-31, Spears will join the ranks of other high-profile performers with her own string of New Year’s Eve concerts in this high-energy show that has earned rave reviews from fans around the world.


    Ahead of 2015 Tour, Maroon 5 Plan Las Vegas NYE Shows
    Maroon 5 released its fifth studio album in Sept. 2014, and before the band sets off on a lengthy 2015 world tour in support of V, the Adam Levine-fronted outfit will return to Las Vegas’ Mandalay Bay Events Center for two consecutive nights of concerts (Dec. 30-31). Maroon 5 will be joined by Rozzi Crane, the first artist signed to Levine’s 222 Records, as opening act on both nights.


    Oklahoma Casino to Feature John Legend for One-Night-Only Performance
    On Dec. 31, John Legend will perform for one night at the WinStar World Casino in Thackerville, Okla., in an intimate live show at the casino’s Global Event Center. The upcoming New Year’s Eve concert will bring to an end a memorable year in Legend’s career, as the singer earned his first No. 1 single on the Billboard Hot 100 this spring with the five-time Platinum-certified romantic ballad, “All of Me.”

    Willie Nelson to Return to His Home State of Texas for NYE Concerts
    Country icon Willie Nelson is set to ring in 2015 in his native Texas when he headlines the Austin City Limits Live at The Moody Theater for two back-to-back nights. The Texas venue will showcase the “On the Road Again” hit-maker performing his greatest hits with two unique headlining acts: Sturgill Simpson (Dec. 30) and Vintage Trouble (Dec. 31).
