Stagecoach Music Festival
Three of country music’s top solo artists are set to anchor the Stagecoach 2016 lineup, as announced on Oct. 5. The annual California country music festival will return next spring during the weekend of April 29-May 1 with headlining slots from Eric Church, Carrie Underwood, and Luke Bryan.

Underwood and Bryan will both appear at Stagecoach in the spring on the strength of their latest albums, “Kill the Lights” and “Storyteller,” respectively. Underwood’s “Storyteller” might be one of the most anticipated new releases of 2015; the former “American Idol” hasn’t released new material in over three years, taking time off to have her first baby with husband Mike Fisher. Besides the headliners, the rest of the Stagecoach 2016 lineup has lots of new music that fans will get to hear live. Supporting Eric Church on Friday, fellow solo star Chris Young will release his fifth studio album, “I’m Comin’ Over,” in November. The Band Perry is set to perform on Saturday of this year’s festival, after also dropping a new album, “Heart + Beat,” in November. And on Sunday, Joe Nichols will take the stage ahead of Luke Bryan in support of a yet-untitled album reportedly due out in early 2016.
The remainder of the lineup offers a blend of old and new country, including veterans like EmmyLou Harris, Marty Stuart, and The Doobie Brothers alongside fresh faces like Sam Hunt, RaeLynn, and Madisen Ward and the Mama Bear.
With this wealth of live country acts, on-site camping, and dozens of local vendors all situated within the picturesque Coachella Valley, Stagecoach is fast becoming one of the top music festivals in the U.S. Check out the full lineup below and find your three-day passes to enjoy a weekend of top-tier live country in California this spring.
