The scoop: Manchester, Tenn., will be the place to be June 8-11 when U2, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Weeknd, Chance the Rapper, Lorde, and many more take over for Bonnaroo 2017. With supporting acts like Travis Scott, Major Lazer, Cage the Elephant, the festival boasts a solid lineup all the way through, so be sure not to miss this year's star-studded festivities.

The scoop: Be in attendance at the Harvard Athletic Complex, May 26-28, for a must-see Boston Calling 2017 lineup that boasts Tool, Mumford and Sons, Chance the Rapper, Bon Iver, The xx, Major Lazer, Weezer, The 1975, and many more top acts scheduled to appear over Memorial Day weekend.

The scoop: If you've never been to Napa Valley, this may be the year to check it out. Spend Memorial Day weekend 2017 (May 26-28) with a marquee BottleRock lineup that includes the Foo Fighters, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Maroon 5, Modest Mouse, The Roots, and Band of Horses, just to name a few.

The scoop: The Coachella 2017 lineup may be tough to top this year, due in large part to Beyonce, who is set to make her headlining debut in the desert this spring. Attendees also will be treated to performances by Radiohead, Kendrick Lamar, Lorde, Bon Iver, and many more over the standard two weekends, April 14-16 and 21-23.

The scoop: Electric Forest Festival 2017 is set to take place over two separate weekends this summer, June 22-25 and June 29-July 2. The dual weekend events are a first for the festival, which added the second three-day block to accommodate growing attendance numbers.

 

Firefly Music Festival Lineup 2017

 

 

The scoop: With headliners like Bob Dylan, The Weeknd, Muse, Twenty One Pilots, and Chance the Rapper, Delaware's Firefly Music Festival has one of 2017's most intriguing lineups in store for fans this summer. Scheduled for June 15-18, be sure not to miss the many talented supporting acts as well, including Weezer, The Shins, Phantogram, T-Pain, Flume, and more.

 

Forecastle Festival Lineup 2017

 

 

The scoop: Experience Waterfront Park this July 14-16 when headliners like LCD Soundsystem, Weezer, and Odesza take over the stage in Louisville. Other artists on the 2017 Forecastle lineup include Cage the Elephant, PJ Harvey, Run the Jewels, Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats, Vince Staples, and plenty more.

The scoop: Another strong Governors Ball lineup is in store for 2017, as Randall's Island Park in NYC is set to host the likes of Tool, Chance the Rapper, Phoenix, Childish Gambino, Lorde, Wu-Tang Clan, Wiz Khalifa, and more from June 2-4.

The scoop: Festival favorites Mumford and Sons may be in the first slot, but the inclusion of Frank Ocean on the bill quickly made him the most anticipated act of Hangout. The forthcoming appearance will end a three-year live drought, and also will reportedly be one of at least three music festival stints, as Ocean also will play Sasquatch! and Panorama. Hangout Music Festival will return to Gulf Shores from May 19-21.

The scoop: Get the most out of spring with the Houston Rodeo at NRG Stadium, which for 2017 has booked another solid performer lineup known for its mix of country, pop, rock, and hip-hop artists. Among the highlights are Chris Stapleton, Alicia Keys, The Chainsmokers, Luke Bryan, Meghan Trainor, and Sam Hunt.

The scoop: An A-list lineup awaits attendees of the 2017 New Orleans Jazz Festival, as the multi-day music extravaganza has booked Stevie Wonder, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Maroon 5, Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds, Kings of Leon, Harry Connick, Jr., Usher and The Roots, Lorde, Snoop Dogg, Trey Anastasio Band, Wilco, Buddy Guy, and Darius Rucker, just to name a few. The festival will run April 28-May 7.

The scoop: As previously reported, Frank Ocean has made the Panorama Music Festival one of his stops this summer, and will headline on opening night, July 28. The day also will feature performances by Solange, MGMT, Future Islands, Tyler the Creator, Spoon, and Girl Talk, among others. On July 29, be sure not to miss Tame Impala, Alt-J, and Vince Staples, while closing out the weekend on July 30 will be Nine Inch Nails, A Tribe Called Quest, Glass Animals, and more.

 

Rock on the Range Lineup 2017

 

 

The scoop: Rock on the Range, one of the country's premier rock-centric music festivals, has an absolutely stacked lineup for its 2017 edition. Book your stay in Columbus May 19-21 for three days of performances from headliners Metallica, Soundgarden, and Korn, plus supporting acts like The Offspring, Volbeat, Primus, Bush, Chevelle, Papa Roach, Seether, Coheed and Cambria, Sum 41, Taking Back Sunday, and many, many more. 

 

San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo Lineup 2017

The scoop: Annually offering up an eclectic mix of both country and non-country artists, the 2017 San Antonio Rodeo lineup is another can't-miss with confirmed acts including Sam Hunt, Willie Nelson and Family, Dierks Bentley, Jake Owen, Fifth Harmony, and Huey Lewis and The News sprinkled throughout the schedule. The full event runs Feb. 9-26 at the AT&T Center in San Antonio.

 

Shaky Knees Lineup 2017

 

 

The scoop: One of the year's earliest festivals, Shaky Knees will return to Atlanta's Centennial Olympic Park, May 12-14, equipped with a 2017 lineup that includes The xx, LCD Soundsystem, Phoenix, Cage the Elephant, Pixies, The Shins, and Third Eye Blind, just to name a few.

The scoop: Why yes, the 2017 Stagecoach lineup does include the incomparable Shania Twain. Like many "retired" artists before her, the best-selling singer will triumphantly return to the performance stage this spring for her first live appearance since previously announcing an end to touring. Set to take place April 28-30, Twain is booked for the 29th, while Dierks Bentley will get things started on the 28th, and Kenny Chesney will headline the weekend's finale. Other Stagecoach 2017 acts include Cole Swindell, Brett Eldredge, Kip Moore, and Thomas Rhett.

 

Summerfest Lineup 2017

The scoop: As of this posting, just two headliners have been announced for the historic 50th edition of Milwaukee's Summerfest: Pink (July 2) and the Red Hot Chili Peppers (June 28). If that's any indication of what's to come for the festival's milestone event, the Summerfest lineup is going to be one for the ages. Clear your schedule now for Summerfest 2017, taking place June 28-July 2 and July 4-9.

 

Tortuga Lineup 2017

 

 

The scoop: Florida country music fans will be treated to a trio of marquee headliners in Kenny Chesney, Luke Bryan, and Chris Stapleton for the festival's fifth installment, April 7-9. Also on hand over the course of the weekend will be Alan Jackson, Darius Rucker, Brett Eldredge, and Dustin Lynch, among others.

The scoop: In traditional fashion, the Ultra lineup will once again be unveiled in phases. For now, we know of Phase 1, which boasts Ice Cube, Justice, Major Lazer, Alesso, and Afrojack, with plenty more still to come. Ultra Music Festival 2017 will run March 24-26 at Miami's Bayfront Park.
