George Lopez on the Road Again in 2014 with Listen to My Face Tour
George Lopez is continuing his run as one of the country’s most popular comedians in 2014 with his ongoing Listen to My Face Tour. Although he completed several shows in the spring, the second half of the year will bring more than 20 opportunities to see Lopez’s live show over the next several months. This Los Angeles native will mainly appear at mid-sized theaters throughout the United States, including multiple shows scheduled for the Bayou Music Center in Houston (July 11-12) and the Majestic Theatre in San Antonio (Oct. 24-25). Other notable stops include Atlantic City (July 26), Loveland, Colo. (Aug. 23), and Santa Barbara, Calif. (Sept. 13). As of June 11, Lopez's final 2014 tour dates will bring him to Massachusetts in December, where he has lined up performances in Boston (Dec. 5) and Chicopee (Dec. 6).
In 2014, Lopez launched a new sitcom, titled “Saint George,” on FX. The program premiered in March, and, in addition to starring Lopez, the show also features Danny Trejo and David Zayas of “Dexter” fame as main cast members.
