Foo Fighters Ticket Information
Fronted by legendary rocker Dave Grohl, the Foo Fighters has proven to be one of the most enduring alternative rock bands of modern times, from its first single, “This Is a Call,” through later hits like “Bridge Burning.” Since Grohl formed the Foo Fighters, consisting of members Nate Mendel, Pat Smear, Chris Shiflett, Rami Jaffee, out of the ashes of Nirvana in 1994, the GRAMMY Award-winning outfit has produced numerous alt-rock chart-topping songs, including 1999’s “Learn to Fly,” 2005’s “Best of You,” and 2007’s “The Pretender.” The band is equally at home performing at large festivals as it is headlining arenas and playing at smaller, more intimate venues, so no matter where you catch a concert on the Foo Fighters tour 2019, you’re sure to experience an unforgettable evening with these giants of rock. Foo Fighters Tour Details
Since the release of the band’s first album in 1995, there has been a major Foo Fighters tour behind every new album. Almost every one of these live ventures has been an international trek, taking the group to perform at festivals and stadiums in Europe, South America, Asia, and Oceania, as well as the band’s native North America.
The Foo Fighters toured extensively in support of its debut album, but the band’s first major trek was 1997’s The Colour and the Shape Tour. This was also the band’s first major tour to feature longtime drummer Taylor Hawkins. Other major Foo Fighters concert ventures include the 2005-06 In Your Honor Tour and the 2014-15 Sonic Highways Tour. They most recently launched an eponymous tour in support of their 2017 album Concrete and Gold. Foo Fighter tour dates include stops in Dallas, Toronto, and New York City.

Foo Fighters Announce Dates for 2015 Sonic Highways Tour
Less than a month after announcing their first domestic tour date for 2015 – a first-ever headlining slot at Wrigley Field in Chicago on Aug. 29 – the Foo Fighters unveiled the full schedule of events in store for the highly anticipated Sonic Highways Tour. The North American portion of the 2015 venture will kick off on July 4 with a 20th anniversary celebration at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C., and will feature performances by special guests like Buddy Guy, Heart, LL Cool J, and many more. The rest of the tour will either have Royal Blood or Mission of Burma on hand as the night’s opening act.
The expansive domestic leg of the Foo Fighters tour is expected to run until October and will hit such notable sites as Citi Field in New York (July 16), Fenway Park in Boston (July 18-19), Gorge Amphitheatre in George, Wash. (Sept. 12), The Forum in Los Angeles (Sept. 21), Centennial Olympic Park in Atlanta (Oct. 4), and FedExForum in Memphis for the grand finale on Oct. 7.
