Third North American Leg Added to 2013 Bon Jovi Tour

Following a well-received string of North American tour dates earlier in the year, the legendary ‘80s rockers of Bon Jovi will return for two more legs of the band’s whirlwind Because We Can Tour. In July and October, the “Runaway” rockers will return to several venues—and make new stops—in the U.S. and Canada. For all dates through the remainder of the tour, Bon Jovi tickets are available now through the marketplace.

After two months of European stops, the Bon Jovi tour will return for a seven-show sprint. On July 12, the group plays Chicago’s historic Soldier Field before continuing on to Detroit, Mich. (July 18), Foxborough, Mass. (July 20), and Saratoga Springs, N.Y. (July 22), among others. The second leg wraps with two nights in the band’s native New Jersey at East Rutherford’s MetLife Stadium on July 25 and 27.

Bon Jovi has a short stretch of concerts in South America, but for the third leg, the band will travel to a handful of new cities on the West Coast, including Spokane, Wash. (Oct. 6) and Fresno, Calif. (Oct. 8). Traveling east, Bon Jovi will play a rescheduled show in Uncasville, Conn. (Oct. 25) before ending in Toronto (Nov. 1) and Montreal (Nov. 8).

Bon Jovi Reveals 2013 Because We Can Tour Dates

The New Year will be quite kind to Bon Jovi fans, who will get a full tour from the band for the first time since 2010, in addition to a brand new album entitled What About Now. Similar to their last tour in 2010, the venues will again be mostly major sports arenas, both indoor and outdoor, as the Because We Can Tour will launch in February and wrap up at the end of July, though from May 9 to July 3, the group will head overseas for a variety of international shows. The final three dates of the tour will take place back in the United States, including a stop in Chicago (July 12), and lastly, the band’s hometown in East Rutherford, New Jersey, on July 24 and 25.

Concertgoers will be treated to the classic Bon Jovi tunes, as well as songs from the yet-to-be released album, which is scheduled to drop in the spring.
