Dropkick Murphy Dates for Early Next Year
The Dropkick Murphys have become a St. Patrick’s Day tradition in their home city of Boston, MA. Every year Dropkick fans from around the world travel to Beantown to celebrate St. Paddy’s with their favorite Irish punk band. The band released their third live album this year, Live on Lansdowe, which was recorded over six nights at The House of Blues during the week of St. Patrick’s Day. DKM still has a number of 2010-2011 Dropkick Murphys tour dates on the books, including a short tour of Australia/New Zealand and three St. Paddy's dates in Boston. Following two shows at the HOB in Boston on 3/17 and 3/18, the Dropkick Murphys will play a show on 3/19 at the Tsongas Center in Lowell, MA. When they aren’t on the road, Al Barr, Ken Casey, and the boys are currently working a new studio album. When the Dropkick Murphys finish their next record, fans can expect a full-length US tour to be announced.
