Flogging Molly Touring at the Speed of Darkness
You can hear some of the band's latest and greatest tracks this year by purchasing 2012 Flogging Molly tickets through Vivid Seats! Born out of a chance meeting in Los Angeles between the future husband and wife team of Dave King and Bridget Regan, Flogging Molly has taken the growing musical genre of Celtic Punk into uncharted territory. The band's chief songwriter/singer and fiddle/tin whistle player tied the knot a few years ago in Tokyo while touring Asia in support of their last album, Float. These days the band is tearing up the touring trail in America and Europe and their Irish rocking is scheduled to carry on through March of this year. Their fifth album - Speed of Darkness - is now in stores and selling well. Recorded in Regan's hometown of Detroit, Michigan, Speed of Darkness features songs of political strife, economic hardship, and spiritual introspection.
