Human League
The Human League is a new wave band/ English synthpop which was formed in the year 1977, in Sheffield. After an important alteration in arrangement in the early years of 1980s, the band gained a lot of recognition. Throughout the years of 1980s and 1990s and even up to the current date, the band has continued performing and recording with good amount of success.
Since the year 1987, Human League has basically been a trio of Susan Ann Sulley, Joanne Catherall, the long-serving feminine lead singer, and Oakey, along with a range of studio musicians.
more The band has worked with a variety of artists including Ministry of Sound, YMO, Robbie Williams and George Michael.
From the time 1979, The Human League have released 9 studio albums, played more than 350 concerts and 18 singles, which includes 2 number 1 singles and 8 UK peak 10 singles. They have sold around twenty million records internationally. The Human League recorded Octopus, the seventh full- length studio album, which was released by EastWest Records in the year 1995. After the album, the management went through a change and it took around six years to release their new album.
