These days, Brooklyn indie rockers Matt Johnson and Kim Schifino are better known by their stage names, Matt & Kim. And now, along the heels of their fourth studio album, “Lightning,” the duo is taking their show on the road with their 2013 North American tour. The pair will join Passion Pit at venues like Metropolis in Montreal, BC (2/15); the Orpheum in Madison, WI (2/23); and First Bank Center in Denver, CO (3/1). After that, they’ll hit the road as the headliners at venues like Paramount Theater in Seattle, WA (3/5); The Observatory in Santa Ana, CA (3/8); and the Marquee Theater in Tempe, AZ (3/9). And finally, sure to finish out with a bang, the stint will come to a close at the Ultra Music Festival at Bayfront Park in Miami, FL, on March 16th and 22nd.
The dating but not married pop rock sensations have come to be known as one of indie rock’s most coveted live acts, as their infectious songs and playful sense of humor truly come to live on stage and has captivated the world over.
