New Order to Play Coachella, Lollapalooza
Though the group typically stays reserved when it comes to public interviews and publicity, New Order has confirmed some plans for 2013. In arguably their biggest appearance of the year, the band has been confirmed for Lollapalooza on Aug. 2. The same weekend, the two British bands will join several of their Lollapalooza cohorts like Mumford and Sons, The Lumineers, and Kendrick Lamar across the border at Canada’s Osheaga Music and Arts Festival. Other U.S. appearances for the band include April 11 at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, consecutive weekends at Coachella (April 13 and 20), and at the Santa Barbara Bowl on April 18.
