Cavaliers Season Update

Coached by Mike Brown since 2005, the Cleveland Cavaliers (the Central Division of the NBA Eastern Conference) finished the previous season with an overwhelming result: 50 wins versus only 32 losses. The team sticks to the good tradition during the current season too, having more wins than losses. On January 3, 2007, the Cleveland Cavaliers were playing with the Boston Celtics. Both teams showed a wonderful game. However, what the viewers will remember best of all is the miraculous 83-foot three pointer made by LeBron James to end the third quarter. Who knew that this incredible shot would be the difference in the game To end the match the Cleveland Cavaliers had to make only several easy shots at the end of the fourth, and the game was over with the Cavaliers’ 107-104 win over the Celtics. The victorious game became the continuation of the Cavaliers’ previous victories. A day before, on January 2, 2007, the team smashed the San Antonio Spurs in Cleveland. Larry Hughes became the star of the game scoring 13 of his 18 points in the fourth quarter, thus leading his team to an 82-78 win over the powerful opponents. Many important games are still ahead for the Cleveland Cavaliers. On January 5, 2007, they will meet with the Milwaukee Bucks, on January 6 – with the New Jersey Nets, on January 9 – with the Sacramento Kings.
