Last Thursday, their question was answered, as star point guard Kyrie Irving was named to the 2013 NBA All-Star reserve squad. Irving, the sensational sophomore who claimed last season’s Rookie of the Year Award and won't turn 21 until March 23rd, just earned himself some fantastic company. He is the sixth-youngest All-Star ever, and only seven people have been there before they turned 21-years-old. Now he can put his name with the likes of Isaiah Thomas, Magic Johnson, Shaquille O’Neal, Kevin Garnett, Kobe Bryant, and LeBron James. Not too shabby. You can catch Irving live at the 2013 NBA All-Star Game at the Toyota Center in Houston on February 17th.
