He believes that their communication has improved as a team and that they can now focus on getting the physical game tuned up. He feels that he may have found a system that can work for them, and if not they will have to change as they go. The 2008 spring workouts will make it all come together and show the coach what needs to be ironed out, and hopefully he will be able to identify his needs clearly for the recruiting season leading into the 2009 season.
