Each year, the Musketeers are known for putting together a challenging slate of opponents, and this season, the 2012-13 Xavier basketball schedule has been no different. The squad has already collected signature wins over pesky, nationally ranked Butler, and Big Ten giant killer, Purdue, and with victories over Temple and George Washington, they’ve started 2-0 in conference play. To accommodate the arrival of Atlantic 10 newcomers, Butler and VCU, Xavier will face some teams only once, but that still leaves plenty more exciting regular-season action to come.
