The 2005 season proved to be the Wolverines lowest winning season, winning seven games and losing five. This left the team with a 23rd out of 119 team ranking. Since 1999, 2006 has proved to be the Wolverines best season. Winning 11 out of 13 games, the Michigan Wolverines ranked 8th out of 119 teams. In 2007, the team concluded with a 9-4 record, leaving them on a great start for the 2008 season. New Michigan Wolverines head Coach Rich Rodriguez and team hope to continue their 10 year success during the 2008 season
