2008 Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders Season Information
In 1999, the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders started as an Independent Conference. They ended the 1999 season with a 3-8 record, which surely needed to be improved upon. At this time the Blue Raiders only ranked 108th out of 114 teams. In 2000, the team came back and finished with 6-5 record, greatly improving on their previous season. The team moved up from 108th to 78th out of 116 teams. In 2001 the Blue Raiders joined the Sunbelt Conference and continued improving their season records, ending the 2001 season with an 8-3 record, which has proved to be their best up to now. In 2002, the Blue Raiders record dropped down to 4-8, and since 2002 the team has yet to win more than 7 games.
