SMU Mustangs Football Tickets

Southern Methodist University has experienced an increase in their NCAA football season ticket sales already for their 2009 season. This may have something to do with their new “system” that they are working with during spring practice, or it may be related to the SMU football coach, June Jones, appearing on the DFW Sports Beat on the Fox Sports Net Southwest. They have experienced their occasional upsets where they ring in as the underdog, and there are the annual Mayor’s Cup and Safeway Bowl in which the Mustangs compete in every year. The 2008 and 2009 NCAA football season will prove to have similar features.

It’s not for lack of trying that they are still looking to the future to find their location on the NCAA map. They have signed on a new addition for the 2009 football season, head coach June Jones came on board on January 7th, 2008. He led the University of Hawaii to more victories than any other coach in their school’s history. Maybe there will be a change in store for the Mustangs after all.
