Nashville Predators Feb 07 Update

The Nashville Predators started the 2006 Stanley Cup Playoffs as the fourth seed and faced the fifth seeded San Jose in the Western Conference Quarterfinals. In the second game, the San Jose shut the Predators out 3-0. Game 3, which took place at HP Pavilion located in San Jose, California, was triumphal for the Sharks. In Game 4 of the series, Shea Weber managed to score his first career playoff goal that put the Predators ahead 2-1. However, San Jose's lead in the series increased to 3-1. The series finally ended, when the Sharks beat the Predators 2-1. The only Predators’ goal came from Kariya.
