In the event that John Edward cancels the show, you will be eligible for a refund (minus the shipping costs). As a result, it is the responsibility of the buyer to confirm all dates and times as we are not always informed of any changes to the event. As a result, we are unable to give refunds for events that are postponed or rescheduled.
