Music has its intimate ways in which it deals and makes itself appreciated by the people, who are both the performers and the spectators. There is no doubt however that music has evolved more and more from what it used to be in the past. Often times, its changes are gradual, but there are times when it is rapid. And though the different kinds of music may change, what causes its changes are still vaguely the same. It has been time. By saying this, it is simply limited to the call and the dictates of the current wave of emotions and controversies during that current time. Although the place will also play a part in shaping this, time is the ultimate changer. Along with the changes in the music, are the changes in the bands. One of these is the Boston, a band that is responsible for having made their fans go to the ticket booths and salespersons just for them to be able to see the concerts live.
The Boston is an American rock band reached the height of its pinnacle and greatest of successes in the years of 1970s and 1980s. It is also centered on the band’s guitarist, who also doubles as the songwriter. He is Tom Scholz. Apart from all of this, he is also the band’s producer, which virtually makes the impression that the band is held together by him, though the past had shown that it is not. The band plays a brand of staple classic rock that is frequently played on radio playlists and concerts that sell tickets by the multitude, while the band’s best-known and famous songs include the singles ‘Rock and Roll Band’ and ‘More Than a Feeling’. There are also other band singles that left tasteful marks on the listening and appreciative public like the singles ‘Peace of Mind’ and ‘Foreplay/Long Time’. They were also the ones that released the legendary singles like ‘Don't Look Back’ and ‘Amanda’. In the pinnacle of the They have sold over 30 million albums worldwide. Supposedly, there was a planned tour that would’ve sold-out many concert seats and tickets. It was scheduled for either the Spring or Summer of 2007, but in the end it was canceled because of Delp's death.
