Charlie Wilson was born on 1 June 1933 in small city of Trinity in Texas, where he concentrated on public schools as well as graduated from the Trinity High school in the year 1951. He is a former naval officer of US and a former Democratic US Representative from second congressional region in Texas.
Wilson served in the US Navy between 1956 and 1960, achieving the status of lieutenant. He entered politics when he was a teenager by administrating a crusade against his neighbor. In the year 1972, he was chosen to US Representatives House from second region of Texas. He was elected 11 times, however was not an applicant for re-election to the One Hundred Fifth Congress as well as resigned on 8 October 1996.
In the late 1970s, Wilson was a strong devotee of the Somoza government in Nicaragua. Wilson retired to Texas in 1997 after leaving congress, where he is staying now. He married Barbara Alberstadt in 1999, whom he met in Washington in the year 1980. On 10 October 2001, it was reported that he was employed as a lobbyist by Pakistan where he earned $30,000 pm. In 2007, September he was a receiver of a heart from a donor who was 35 years of age.
