Latin indeed has its own flair for speaking romance. Owing to its etymological meaning, Concierto del amor is a ticket to love. In English, it actually translates to “Concert of Love.” Aside from being a concert which was well-known to sell out tickets and fill in venues, the Conceiert del amor is also known to be an album compilation of the most passionate musical tracks.
RMM records were the one responsible for releasing the album in the year 2001. This Latin album features several different artists who have all made their mark in the Latin music community.

He also belonged to the prestigious Fania All-Stars and was known to have made musical collaborations with Celia Cruz—also known as the “Salsa Queen.” Celia Cruz also makes appearances during the Concierto del amor and always graces it with her passionate salsa performance.
Apart from Cheo, another great Latino ticket in Conciert del amor is Tito Nieves. His humble beginnings started when he became a member of a musical group based in New York and later on, he became a member of Conjunto Classico. After his relation with the said group, Nieves finally gained his ticket into his own solo career. He made a mark for himself by singing salsa with English lyrics.

Performance is held at the Madison Square Garden and the show is usually held as a tribute to the celebration of Valentine’s Day.
