Nick Cave Background Information
Nicholas Edward Cave was born on 22 September 22, 1957. He is an Australian songwriter, musician, screenwriter, author and a sporadic actor. He is recognized for his work in the pop group Nick Cave and the Bad Sheets. He is known for his attraction for the American music. His composition is characterized by high energy, an ample range of influences and very high passion.
Nick Cave currently lives in Brighton & Hove, England. Hs name has altered from the unique Cav-ay to Cavv, and then to Cave. In an interview with Beat Magazine in 2008, he spoke about his wish to come back to the previous pronunciation. Since the 1990s, Nick has performed many single solo tours with himself on singing/grand piano and many others on the drums and brass.
Ellis and Nick Cave made scores for a creation with the Icelandic theatre corporation Vesturport. In 2005, he gave a spectacular performance at the Barbican Theatre in London, and in 2006, he gave a stage version of The Metamorphosis in London. Nick Cave's debut work of fiction, "And the Ass Saw the Angel" was released on January 21, 2008.
