The Crimson Tide made a triumphant return to the elusive NCAA Tournament last season, as they earned a postseason bid for the 19th time overall and first since 2006. After putting together a 21-win season, which included victories over Maryland, Purdue, VCU, Tennessee, and South Carolina, the Crimson Tide will look to continue that success this year, so be sure to browse the Vivid Seats marketplace for affordable 2012-13 Alabama basketball tickets.
Several contributors return for the Crimson Tide including All-SEC selection, Trevor Releford, who averaged 12 points a game and led the team with 88 assists and 64 steals. The next trio of scorers, Trevor Lacey, Andrew Steele, and Levi Randolph, also are expected to return to the lineup this season. One solid addition to the roster is five-star recruit, Devonta Pollard, who signed with the program over the summer and will be immediately available for the upcoming season. Pollard checks in at 6-foot-7 and is ranked seventh in his class at the small forward position and 22nd overall in the nation according to Rivals.com.
