The NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association) Tournament was created in 1910 as an attempt to solve the problem of disorders in the sports sphere, which often led to even fatal ends. So in 1905 Theodore Roosevelt triggered the athletic reforms. As a result on the 28th of Dicember the Intercollegiate Athletic Association of the United States (IAAUS) was established. Division III is represented by the universities and colleges, which have to take part in not less than five mens and five womens programs. There are no strict figures of contest matches for each sport. Division III athletic programs are not purported to be sponsored and to make money. These training programs are equally staffed and funded with other universitys departments.
