Frank Caliendo's Career
Born in Chicago, Illinois, Frank Caliendo attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee before performing his stand-up comedy at a local comedy club. Within a year, he was headlining the club. He started his television career performing on numerous series’ such as Premium Blend, The Late Show with David Letterman, The View, and Late Night with Conan O’Brien. He is known for his celebrity impressions including John Madden, which is often seen on FOX NFL Sunday and The Best Damn Sports Show. He has done many appearances on Comedy Central Presents, and radio shows. In 2001, he became a cast member on Mad TV where he wowed audiences with his impersonations. He stayed on the show until 2006. In 2007, he actually starred as John Madden in the film The Comebacks. He currently stars on his own show, Frank TV, airing on TBS, where he does his impressions in full make-up and costume.
