The Rangers Ballpark in Arlington is home to the Texas Rangers. It Opened on April 1st, 1994. The seating capacity of the ballpark is 49,115. Earlier, the stadium was called Ballpark in Arlington. But after the rights to name the stadium were purchased by Ameriquest, the name was first changed to Ameriquest Field in Arlington and then to Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. It is commonly referred to by the fans as The Ballpark.

Texas Sunset Red granite and bricks have been used to build the 810-foot-long facades. One of the most famous things associated with the ballpark was the Ameriquest Bell. The Liberty Bell was placed in Section 201 for 3 years from 2004 to 2006.

Rangers Ballpark in Arlington has hosted many important games including the very famous 1995 MLB All-Star Game. Rangers Stadium was actually built in place of Arlington Stadium nearby. Many important celebrities were present for the insertion of the Home Plate including Richard Greene, Elzie Odom and George W Bush. It hosts mainly Texas Rangers home games.
