Founded in 1972 in Waltham, Massachusetts, Bentley Falcons football grew from a club into a varsity program in 1988 and now competes in NCAA Division II's Northeast-10. The Falcons captured conference crowns in 2003, 2019 and 2025, and reached the NCAA playoffs in 2003, 2004, 2021 and 2025. Longtime coach Peter Yetten shaped the program's identity, and the university dedicated Peter Yetten Field in 2024 to honor his impact.

Game days at Yetten Field feel personal and electric, with Tailgate Village on lower campus by the Dana Athletic Center, Friday night kickoffs, and a student section that rallies every snap. Annual NE10 showdowns with New Haven and Assumption keep the stakes high. Add record-setting greats like Mackenzy Bernadeau and Dallas Mall, and you get Bentley football at its best.
