David Spade is a stand-up veteran and actor whose razor-sharp sarcasm took off on "Saturday Night Live" in the 1990s. He spun that bite into sitcom fame as Dennis Finch on "Just Shoot Me!", plus scene-stealing turns in "Tommy Boy" and "Black Sheep" with Chris Farley, headlining "Joe Dirt," and voicing Kuzco in Disney's "The Emperor's New Groove." His memoir "Almost Interesting" pulls back the curtain on the grind, while his 2022 Netflix special "Nothing Personal" proves the wit still hits live. Spade also co-hosts the interview podcast "Fly on the Wall" with Dana Carvey, revisiting SNL's creative chaos and career-shaping moments. In the room, his timing is quick, his takes are dry, and the crowd energy is contagious.
