Founded in 1882 in Easton, Pennsylvania, Lafayette College Leopards football blends tradition with modern Patriot League grit. Recognized as a national champion in 1896 and a winner of multiple conference titles with FCS playoff appearances, the program has been shaped by figures from early strategist Parke H. Davis to coach Frank Tavani, whose mid-2000s teams rekindled championship habits.

The annual November clash with Lehigh, simply called The Rivalry, anchors every season and draws alumni back from far and wide. On brisk College Hill Saturdays, the Maroon Platoon leads a loud, clever student section, while tailgates ring Fisher Stadium and the Leopard mascot keeps energy high. Renovations preserved the cozy sightlines and upped the amenities, so every seat feels close to the action. Whether you are chasing history or a big Patriot League showdown, Lafayette game day makes room for every fan to create a vivid memory.
