Chase Field is home of the Arizona Diamondbacks. The state of the art Chase Field features a retractable roof and the swimming pool, two recognizable features of Chase Field. The convertible roof helps the fans to enjoy the game while shielded from the scorching Arizona sun.

It is also the second highest facility above the sea level with elevation of 1100 feet, making the ball fly further by seven feet compared with a similar facility located at sea level. In addition to Diamondbacks baseball tickets, there are a variety of Chase Field tickets available for college football and international soccer games. It is also the site for occasional concerts. All the games as well as other activities organized in the Chase Field can be enjoyed without worrying about the weather conditions.

The ballpark is owned by Maricopa County. The council members levied quarter cent increase in sales tax to fund the construction of the stadium which started in 1996. The construction of park was completed in 1998 with the capacity to hold 49,033 fans. It is located in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. Originally known as Bank One Ballpark or “The BOB” changed its name after Bank One merged with J P Morgan Chase & Company.
