Oh, Mary! is a blisteringly funny, offbeat play that reimagines Mary Todd Lincoln as a fame-hungry dreamer on the brink of the White House. In this sharp satire, Mary chases the spotlight while Abraham Lincoln tries to keep a campaign and a crumbling marriage afloat. Scheming aides, chaotic parties, and backstage theatrics collide as the future first lady turns 19th-century Washington into her personal audition room. With whip-smart dialogue and outrageous set pieces, the show balances big laughs with a pointed look at ambition, identity, and the cost of being seen. Oh, Mary! delivers the kind of anything-can-happen energy that makes live theater unforgettable.
