Since 1972, the Super DIRTcar Series has been the pinnacle of Big Block Modified racing across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Open wheel beasts with towering sail panels dig into clay ovals, throwing rooster tails as stars like Matt Sheppard, Stewart Friesen, Max McLaughlin, Erick Rudolph, and Jimmy Phelps chase points and prestige. The tour hits fan favorite tracks including Weedsport, Albany-Saratoga, Lebanon Valley, Orange County Fair Speedway, and more, each demanding a different blend of throttle control and patience. The calendar peaks at NAPA Super DIRT Week at Oswego Speedway, where the Billy Whittaker Cars 200 turns tire strategy and track position into drama. Expect elbows-up restarts, daring slide jobs, and the gritty sound of big-block torque under the lights.
