P.O.D. is the San Diego rock band that fuses hard-hitting riffs, rap-rooted cadence and hope-forward lyrics into a sound that resonated worldwide. Formed in 1992, the quartet of Sonny Sandoval, Marcos Curiel, Traa Daniels and Wuv Bernardo caught fire with "The Fundamental Elements of Southtown," then reached a wider audience with "Satellite," powered by anthems like "Alive," "Youth of the Nation" and "Boom." Onstage, they turn that mix of groove-heavy metal and uplifting energy into a cathartic, hands-in-the-air experience built for big choruses and crowd connection, pulling from a catalog that also includes "Payable on Death," "Testify," "Murdered Love" and "Circles."
