The Allstate Arena seating chart can hold just over 18,500 fans during concerts, so it’s a relatively intimate arena. The seats are distributed between the main Floor Level--where the stage will also be located--the Lower Level, and the Upper Level. You can see the breakdown of these levels on the seating chart below:
Floor seats at Allstate Arena are the best chance you’ll have to get up close and personal with your favorite singers. These seats run right up to the stage, so in cases where artists offer reserved seating, you can elect to sit front row to be close to all the action. For general admission concerts, you’ll need to arrive early to be up front.
If you’re farther back on the floor, you will likely end up standing behind the crowd, meaning your view of the stage may not be direct for the full performance. Still, you’ll have the chance of being in the middle of the action during the most exciting parts of the concert.
For shows with reserved seats on the floor, sitting farther back doesn’t usually affect your view of the stage too much. Since you’re on the same level as the performer, you’ll still feel like the show is close to your seat.
Seats in the Lower Level are permanent, stadium-style seating options. If you don’t want to be on the Floor but want to guarantee you’ll have a good view of the show, you may want to select seats in the Lower Level near the stage. From here, you can watch the performers from a relatively close distance.
Seats farther to the rear of the arena will give you a more direct view of the full Allstate Arena stage, but you’ll be sitting farther from the band than if you choose seats to the side of the stage. Some fans prefer to take in the full concert from these farther seats so they won’t miss any of the performance.
The Upper Level holds the final sections of seating for Allstate Arena. Elevated above the Lower Level, these seats will give a bird’s-eye view of your concert and the stage. As a general rule, these seats tend to be most affordable since they’re farthest from the stage. Like the Lower Level, the Upper Level sections to the sides of the stage usually provide the best, clearest view.
The seats directly opposite the stage in the Upper Level are the farthest from the performance area, but since this arena is relatively small, even these seats don’t feel very far from the stage. The sound is still impeccable from the rear seats.
