Jar of Flies is a dedicated Alice in Chains tribute that channels the grit, gloom, and catharsis of Seattle’s grunge era. Named for the 1994 EP, the band zeroes in on the stacked Staley-Cantrell harmonies, drop-tuned crunch, and moody acoustics that defined "Facelift," "Dirt," and "Jar of Flies." From the opening chug of "Man in the Box" to the haunted calm of "No Excuses" and the thunder of "Would?," their set feels painstakingly dialed in, with period-correct tones and an onstage presence that honors the source without resorting to caricature. Expect a dynamic show that swings from heady heaviness to candlelit, unplugged textures, inviting fans to sing every word to "Rooster" and "Down in a Hole."
