Skandalos is a high-energy live event venue and nightclub in east Charlotte, set at 5317 E Independence Blvd, 28212. Fans come for immersive Latin music nights and lively concerts that turn the dance floor into the show. Depending on the night, you might hear regional Mexican, salsa, bachata, reggaeton, or open-format DJ sets, with touring artists and local talent rotating through the calendar. It is a club-style room, so you can settle in near the bar, gather at a table with friends, or stay close to the stage for a front-row feel.
Expect crisp sound, vibrant lighting, and a crowd that shows up ready to move. The Independence corridor location makes arrivals simple whether you drive or rideshare, and late-night start times make it easy to plan dinner nearby before doors. Check event listings for age policies, set times, and any table reservations. For the best experience, arrive early, travel light, and prepare for a dance-forward atmosphere where the energy builds with every track and chorus.
